Delivery
We deliver to Belgium, France and the Netherlands. Your order leaves our shop within 24 working hours. It then reaches you in 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination and the method you choose. During collection launches, allow an extra day or two.

Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you have changed your mind, then another 14 days to send the pieces back to us.
Returns are requested from your customer account: sign in with the email address used for the order, open it and choose the pieces you want to send back. As soon as we accept your request, you will receive a return label by email: Mondial Relay from Belgium and France, DPD from the Netherlands.
Sending your parcel back costs €4, deducted from your refund. If you collected your order in our shop, simply bring it back to us: the return is free of charge there, and the bag is yours to keep.
Pieces must come back to us unworn, unwashed, with their original tags. We refund you on the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after your return reaches us.
We do not offer exchanges: for another size or another piece, place a new order and send back the one that does not suit you.
