Returns & Refunds
Return period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return items that are not suitable.
Request a return
- Log in to your customer account by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on "My returns".
- Select the order concerned and the items to be returned.
- Download the return document to include in your package.
Important: Without this document, your return cannot be processed or refunded.
Prepare your package
- Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with their original tags.
- Items purchased with a discount are not eligible for return.
- In case of non-compliance, we will not be able to accept your return or issue a refund.
WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN CASE OF LOSS OF A RETURN PACKAGE.

Refund
Refunds are processed within 10 to 15 days after receipt of your return package. They are always issued via the original payment method.
